In this 4 bedroom, 3,5 bathroom duplex located in the historic American Thread Building, we were faced with the challenge of staging within the grand curve that is the building’s signature. We worked with the existing millwork to create an interior that is aligned with the architecture yet still modern, fresh, and inviting. We stripped old wallpaper borders and heavy-handed ornate drapery and replaced the walls with a new coat of paint in a neutral palette that is lightened by the light flooding in from the 10 oversized windows overlooking Tribeca Park.
