In the famed 56 Leonard building by Herzog & de Meuron, we staged this home sparingly to adhere to the very tight budget we were assigned. While white walls are often preferable by most buyers because they can make spaces appear larger, brighter, and cleaner, this home had too many. We decided to set this apartment apart from the many, other stark white apartments in this new development and paint the entry a rich, putty gray to warm it up and bring some contrast and dimension to this vast space.
